WHERE IS VODICE ?

Vodice is in Croatia, in Dalmatia. This is a tourist town to the northwest of Šibenik (13 km) which hugs the shallow bay fringed by beautiful beaches and pine woods. Vodice offers its visitors many places to relax and enjoy their holidays.

Geographically speaking, Vodice is situated in the middle of the
Šibenik - Knin County.

To the North there are:
The Krka Canyon, The Lake Prukljan,The town of Skradin and The National Park Krka.
To the South, Southeast and East there are:
The islands of Prvić, Zlarin,Krapanj, Murter and the National Park Kornati.
To the West there is the picturesque fishermen village of Tribunj.

The easiest way to reach Vodice is by car from Rijeka, Zadar or Split via the Adriatic motorway. If you are arriving from Zagreb direction ,take the shortest route via Obrovac and Benkovac.

There are two airports-in Split (65km far from Vodice) and in Zadar (45km far from Vodice).

There is also a train to Šibenik and there you can take a local bus to Vodice.

The "Morsko Prase" travel agency office is situated at the entrance to Vodice. It is about 200 meters far from the gas station on the road leading to the centre of the town.
